Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in CAD design, preferably in highway design.
• Experience in transport planning practices.
• Ability to produce technical drawings and design junctions.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of technical drawings utilizing AutoCAD.
• Preliminary design of access and basic junction design.
• Conduct swept path analysis using AutoTrack.
• Preparation of high-quality graphics using GIS packages.

Overview

Our client is currently seeking a CAD Technician who has at least 2 years’ experience, preferably in highway design or within a transport planning practice.

As a member of the team, your responsibilities will include producing and highways and junction design using software’s such as AutoCAD. You will also be designing other drawings such as car parks, bus stations, cycle routes etc.

The role

• Preparation oftechnical drawingsutilising AutoCAD.

What you need to succeed

• Formal educationin either Civil Engineering, Geography or Transport Planning (HNC/HND/Degree).
