Our client is an established marketing company with a strong client base in the property and construction sector. They provide end-to-end solutions for designing, building, and installing sales office spaces for national clients.

Our client is looking for a talented Designer to join their growing team. In this role, you will manage the entire process of creating a sales office - from initial brief through to production - combining technical expertise, commercial awareness, and strong attention to detail to deliver exceptional solutions that meet both manufacturing standards and client requirements.

• Salary up to £32,000 - £38,000 (DOE)
• Monday - Friday 9am till 5pm

CAD Designer - Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand requirements and technical challenges.
• Create 2D/3D designs, floorplans, elevations, and presentations using CAD software.
• Ensure designs are practical for manufacturing and installation.
• Work closely with production and installation teams to deliver projects.
• Prepare full manufacturing packs including cutting lists, assembly instructions, and material specs.
• Program CNC machines and generate nesting files.
• Provide technical problem-solving and support throughout the project.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

CAD Designer - Requirements
