Overview

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading global (re)insurance marketplace for a Class Underwriting Performance Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-profile function that plays a key role in driving underwriting strategy, oversight, and sustainable profitability across complex product lines.

Role

As Class Underwriting Performance Manager, you'll support the delivery of long-term profitability by shaping underwriting policy, analysing performance, and identifying both risks and opportunities across your product line(s). You'll work closely with senior stakeholders in the market and internally to provide insight, challenge, and direction that strengthens underwriting standards and supports future growth.

You'll also lead a small team of Senior Associates, supporting their development, onboarding, and career progression, while ensuring effective oversight processes are consistently applied.
