What you'll do

The Global BAA will be accountable for delivering the International Product Strategy; supporting the Global brand and Business Unit strategy into our International markets and delivering against International performance objectives and KPIs.

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Support the International Fashion, Home & Beauty Buying Team to deliver the Product Strategy
  • Support the international integration with the Business Units
  • Where required, work with Business Unit Buying and Design teams to interpret and adapt to International market trends and direction
  • Support the Junior/Buyers in the product selection, assortment and range building for International across markets, channels and Business Units.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the Partnerships, Wholesale and online Team
  • Manage the sample and product management process seasonally
  • To support the Junior/Buyer with all systematic elements of the buying process, ensuring the timely completion of the relevant approvals and stage gates.

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

  • Buying experience with a major retailer or like for like experience within a retail environment.
  • Agile, adaptable and proactive with a strong ability to thrive in dynamic environments
  • Passion for delivering world class product through global, multi-channel retailing
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Knowledge of, or strong desire to learn about the end to end Buying process and to take responsibility for Critical Path Management
