A well-known fashion brand in London is seeking a Buying Admin Assistant to support the Senior Buyer. Responsibilities include tracking product timelines, managing samples, and analyzing market trends. As the Buying Admin Assistant within the Woven Tops and Jersey team, you'll be right at the heart of how our Phase Eight collections come to life. You'll be a vital assistance to the Senior Assistant Buyer and Senior Buyer on the department, directly contributing to the development and delivery of our Woven Tops and Jersey range that sets our brand apart.
You’ll be highly organised, with a strong eye for detail and for keeping things on track. Most importantly, you're eager to learn and soak up knowledge from our experienced Buying team from day one.
While any exposure to a buying environment (through work, placements, or intern‑level work) would be a bonus, it's not essential. We're looking for someone who brings:
