Title: Buying & Commercial Coordinator – Bespoke Construction (Luxury Pools)

Location: Based near Uxbridge | Full-time | £ Competitive + Package

We are now recruiting for a Buying & Commercial Coordinator to join our Projects & Construction team. This new role is critical to helping us elevate our build operations while maintaining our exacting standards and white-glove service.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with our Construction Director and Site Team, you’ll:
• Collaborate with key suppliers, tradespeople, and our internal delivery team.
• Source and procure specialist materials for bespoke pool projects.
• Support accurate cost planning, measurement, and take-offs from drawings.
• Track project budgets and support delivery within commercial targets.
• Help maintain clear and proactive communication across the team and with trusted contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction procurement or buying, ideally in specialist/domestic high-end projects.
• A good working knowledge of building materials and reading construction drawings.
• An eye for detail, organisation, and clear communication.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
