Buyer - Engineering - Blackburn, Lancashire- plus benefits

Responsibilities

• Responsible for purchasing including sheet metal, fixings, machinery, pc's/laptops, uniforms, welding gear, etc.
• Take on other associated tasks as required and provide leadership/management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Ideal candidate is an all-round Buyer from an Engineering background.
• IT literate (MS Office, including Excel).
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems is desirable (Mie Trak preferred).
• Proven leadership/management skills with a positive, proactive, flexible approach and a can-do attitude.

Details

• Role salary: 42,000.00 per annum.
• Standard hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm; Friday 8:00am–1:00pm.
• Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus 8 public holidays.

Location

This role is commutable from Blackburn, Burnley, Bolton, Southport, Wigan, Bury, Preston, Blackpool, Keighley, Skipton, Clitheroe, Bury, Lancashire, North-West.
