• Defining the Range: Curating market‑leading collections
• Global Sourcing: Navigating offshore markets (with a heavy focus on China) to find the best quality at the best price.
• Predicting the next Trend: Staying three steps ahead of the curve to deliver the “unexpected” to our customers.
• Using Commercial Mastery: Using data‑driven insights to smash trading targets and optimise category performance.
