A recruitment agency is seeking a Buyer in Greater London to join a team full-time. This office-based position requires at least two years of experience in purchasing, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel. Responsibilities include managing supplier relations, organizing deliveries, and maintaining records. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented and willing to learn new skills. The salary ranges from £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
My client based on the outskirts of St Ives Cambridgeshire are currently recruiting for a Buyer to join their team on a full time permanent basis. You will be providing support to the Sales and other teams in the company. You will plan and manage the sourcing, ordering and expediting goods, materials, and services to ensure that the company's operational needs are achieved and will support in procuring materials and services considering price, quality, and delivery to ensure continuity of supply.
This is an office-based position 5 days a week.
Hours : 8:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday
Salary – £25-30,000 DOE
Own transport required for this position
This role would suit you if you have held a role within purchasing or procurement as a Junior Buyer, Purchasing Assistant / Controller, or Expeditor.
