Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials for construction projects and furniture production (cement, steel, wood, fabrics, hardware, finishing materials)
• Request quotations, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective purchasing
• Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries to meet project and production schedules
• Ensure quality and compliance of all materials with required standards
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and cost reports
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and production supervisors
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff
