A leading food production company in Manchester is seeking a skilled butcher to produce high-quality butchery cuts in a factory setting. Successful candidates will use their knife skills to prepare beef, pork, lamb, and poultry. The main responsibilities of this butcher role are to use knife skills to produce both primal and portion butchery cuts for beef, pork, lamb, and poultry.
Sunday to Thursday working 07:00-16:00 (plus occasional Saturday working to meet business needs 07:00-12:00)
OR Monday to Friday 20:00-06:00, with additional flexibility where required.
