As a Business Systems Apprentice, you will embark on a learning journey that merges business acumen with data-driven insights. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering and analyzing data, and contributing to the optimization of business processes. You will also support business systems including ERP (SAP), Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce CRM), CTI (Genesys), Ecommerce, and Quotation tools.
During your apprenticeship, you will receive two different types of training.

‘Off-the-job’ training is delivered by one of our carefully selected Training Providers during your normal working hours. You will spend at least 20% (average 6 hours per week) of your working hours completing ‘off-the-job’ training. This is protected time and is a requirement for apprenticeship delivery. This training will teach you the knowledge, skills, and behaviours set out in the apprenticeship standard so you can achieve occupational competence.
37.5 hours per week to be worked from Monday to Friday.
Exact start and finish times are to be agreed upon with Line Manager. Some of these hours will be allocated to off-the-job training as part of your Apprenticeship Programme.
Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above including Mathematics, English and a science, technology or engineering related subject and 3 A Levels at CCC or above including a Mathematics based subject and a STEM subject, or equivalent BTEC.
