An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the National Ballistics Intelligence Service based in Birmingham as a Business Support Assistant.
As an apprentice West Midlands Police will train you and you will undertake a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, which will include a fully recognised apprenticeship qualification, on‑the‑job competency training, and training delivered online with occasional site visits by a vocational skills coach to assess you in the workplace.
This is an 18‑month apprenticeship programme with a 21‑month contract of employment.
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will be able to apply for a permanent position if there is one available, but there is no guarantee.
Successful applicants will be required to pass Management Vetting and Counter Terrorism Clearance scrutiny prior to commencing their role, including a full background & financial disclosure as part of the vetting process.
