WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To become a Business Skills Consultant in our Sales department, we need someone who is skilled in communication, networking, and sales strategies, as well as proactive and adaptable.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

In summary, as someone who has qualification and/or substantive experience relevant to the post/sector., you will support in many aspects. To name a few:

  • Produce detailed and accurate organisational and training needs analysis that ensures effective business solutions for employers and to inform and facilitate an effective delivery process.
  • Produce training proposals which offers a cost‑effective solution to meet employers needs and deliver financial viability for the College.
  • Facilitate negotiations with employers regarding costs and fees, within agreed guidelines.
