About the Role

Covering as much as 2,000 hectares of heather-covered hills with stunning views of the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Welsh hills, this is a working common and is an important place for wildlife, geology and archaeology. There are paths for walking, cycling and horse riding, and you can even drive to the top of the hill to take in the views. In Carding Mill Valley, there are excellent visitor facilities including a tea-room and car parking.

This is a very busy place, there's a lot going on and you'll find that no two days are the same. Generally, you'll be supporting day-to-day operations, and being the first person that people see when they come into the office. Your advice and experience will be sought after by others beyond the office team.

You'll be a champion of best practice when it comes to business support, and will confidently challenge the status quo when you think there's a better way of doing something.
