Job Overview
We''re looking for a Business Psychologist with a strong background in learning and development to join our team. You''ll use your expertise to design and deliver impactful learning experiences across face‑to‑face workshops, virtual sessions, and e‑learning. You will combine business psychological insight with instructional design best practice to drive behavioural change and performance improvement across client organisations. You''ll work closely with clients to understand their challenges and develop impactful learning content grounded in evidence‑based psychology. You''ll play a key role in shaping content that supports wellbeing, resilience and leadership development. This role is perfect for someone who understands how people learn and grow, and who''s passionate about creating engaging, meaningful training that makes a real difference. To be successful in this role, you must have hands‑on experience in designing learning content for all levels within a corporate environment. A good understanding of eLearning module creation and LMS platforms and tools will be advantageous.
