A leading housing association based in Dartford is seeking a Business Process Analyst to enhance organizational processes through independent assignments and teamwork within a Transformation team. The role requires proficiency in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to document processes and identify improvement areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in the housing sector and support project delivery. With a salary between £49,200 and £61,500 per year, this position offers flexible working arrangements and a vibrant work culture.
Role : Business Process Analyst
Hours : 35 hours per week Monday-Friday
Salary : 49200 to 61500 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)
Contract : Permanent
We are looking for a Business Analyst professional with experience in the housing or real estate sector. You will be joining our Transformation team! You will spend time working independently on discrete assignments focussed on business improvement activity that you will take a lead role addition you will operate under the direction of project managers within our larger transformation projects in which you will be responsible for conducting detailed business analysis to aid the successful delivery of key projects and in driving continuous improvement across our organisational processes.
We support agile working so you’ll be provided all IT equipment to work flexibly between your home and at our Dartford office.
