Business Process Analyst

Role : Business Process Analyst

Hours : 35 hours per week Monday-Friday

Salary : 49200 to 61500 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)

Contract : Permanent

We are looking for a Business Analyst professional with experience in the housing or real estate sector. You will be joining our Transformation team! You will spend time working independently on discrete assignments focussed on business improvement activity that you will take a lead role addition you will operate under the direction of project managers within our larger transformation projects in which you will be responsible for conducting detailed business analysis to aid the successful delivery of key projects and in driving continuous improvement across our organisational processes.

We support agile working so you’ll be provided all IT equipment to work flexibly between your home and at our Dartford office.

Your key tasks will include
  • Documenting current state processes and conducting relevant analysis to identify inefficiencies and potential areas for improvement in line with Moats business process mapping standards.
  • Collaborating with colleagues by capturing desired future state processes and their associated business requirements that align with our organisational goals.
  • Designing and delivering targeted process reviews using lean methodologies to streamline processes, reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conducting thorough data analysis to identify trends, root causes of issues and support future state requirements and project benefits measurements.
  • Developing engaging stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, communicate findings and facilitate the implementation of process improvements.
  • Supporting project delivery via creation of business process requirement specifications and use cases, User Acceptance Testing plans and test scripts to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and are aligned with business needs.
  • Working collaboratively with technical resources including Data Analysts, CRM Analysts and Technical Business Analysts to feed business requirements into technical specifications.
