As our first dedicated Business Intelligence Engineer, you will build the foundations of CuspAI’s analytics infrastructure which transforms diverse data streams into automated, reliable, self‑service insights that guide strategic and operational decisions. We generate data across finance, cloud infrastructure, R&D workflows, and business development. Rather than producing manual reports, you will design scalable systems that enable teams to explore insights independently and eliminate repetitive analysis across the company. This role reports to the Chief of Staff, working closely with Research, Engineering, Finance and Commercial teams.
You will create CuspAI’s single source of truth for core business metrics, enabling faster, data‑driven decisions across the organisation. Your work will surface insights to power resource allocation, cost optimisation, and operational visibility as we scale and will evolve into a core part of our internal infrastructure. This role would ideally be based in our Cambridge or London offices with the expectation of being in the office three days per week. Amsterdam and Berlin can also be considered, as long as you are willing to travel to the UK frequently.
