Salary: £18,333 per annum
Contract: 2-year Fixed-Term Apprenticeship
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours/week (Mon–Fri)
Location: Hybrid – Dartford office (Crossways Business Park) & home

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice to join our Business Improvement team. In this role, you’ll support projects that improve how we work – from reviewing processes and gathering data to helping introduce new systems and ways of working. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gain practical skills, and receive dedicated support from a training provider, all while building the foundation for a successful career and achieving a recognised qualification.
Don’t worry if you don’t have much experience – it’s not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. If you’re motivated and ready to take the first step, we’ll give you the tools and support to help you succeed.
