Events Telesales Executive

Location: Chelmsford, Essex

Basic Salary: £24,000 | OTE: £30,000+

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

We’re on the hunt for a driven and passionate Events Telesales Executive to join our expanding team in Chelmsford. If you’ve got a strong phone presence, a proven track record in telesales, and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment — this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Handling all inbound leads and converting interest into confirmed bookings for coaching events
  • Making 150-200 outbound calls daily to previous enquirers and warm leads to secure additional bookings
  • Upselling event packages to maximise attendance and revenue
  • Building rapport and communicating effectively with clients to foster trust and long‑term loyalty
  • Following up on past attendees and previous clients to drive repeat bookings
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client communications and contact details
  • Responding quickly and professionally to new and existing client queries
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous telesales or phone‑based sales experience is essential
  • A clear, confident, and engaging phone voice
  • Someone who loves being on the phone and talking to people all day
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and energetic approach to sales
  • Highly self‑motivated, with a strong work ethic — no slouches here!
