Overview

Business Development Manager - Maintenance (North & Midlands)

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 + commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business and grow existing accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with end users and FM providers
  • Create sales plans and manage a pipeline of opportunities
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare proposals
  • Respond to enquiries and produce quotations
  • Support marketing campaigns and events
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM, and reports
About You
  • Proven sales experience (fire & security preferred but not essential)
  • Results-driven with strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Desirable Knowledge (training available): Fire detection, alarm systems, CCTV, access control, intruder, suppression, and relevant British Standards.
