Business Development Manager - Maintenance (North & Midlands)
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 + commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Contract: Permanent
Responsibilities
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with end users and FM providers
- Create sales plans and manage a pipeline of opportunities
- Conduct site surveys and prepare proposals
- Respond to enquiries and produce quotations
- Support marketing campaigns and events
- Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM, and reports
About You
- Proven sales experience (fire & security preferred but not essential)
- Results-driven with strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Desirable Knowledge (training available): Fire detection, alarm systems, CCTV, access control, intruder, suppression, and relevant British Standards.
