Compensation (Independent Contractor – UK)
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): £70,000–£100,000+ GBP annually
  • Activity Retainer: Guaranteed £2,000 per month, earned by meeting a minimum average of 100 outbound calls per business day; retainer is prorated monthly if activity falls below this threshold
  • Closed Deal Commission: £500 per deal closed from demos booked by the contractor
  • Contractor Status: Independent contractor role; no salary, benefits, or guaranteed income—earnings are performance- and output-driven

As we scale up our team globally, we are hiring experienced BDR's that have worked in Aesthetics, Wellness & Medspa software sales in an SDR capacity to be part of our team - this role is intended to position new SDRs to prepare to graduate to full cycle Account Executive roles within 3 months of starting. What We’re Looking For:
