A growing hospitality tech firm in London is seeking Business Development Representatives to join their expanding Sales team. This role involves generating new business through outreach and lead qualification. Ideal candidates should be ambitious and proactive with strong communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £40,000 plus commission, and the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, enhancing both personal and professional growth.
We’re excited to be partnering with a VC-backed hospitality scale-up that has recently raised funding and is now expanding its Sales team. As part of this growth, they’re looking to hire 2 ambitious Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help generate new business and support the continued expansion across the UK and Europe.
Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, you’ll play a key role in building the pipeline for the Sales team, generating opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hungry, driven, and curious salesperson to kickstart their career in hospitality tech, develop their skills, and gain exposure to the full sales process.
You’ll be joining a small but mighty team of 30 people, based in London, working in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and full of opportunity to make a real impact.
