With global expansion plans and a strong presence in the Nordics, they’re now looking to add a Dutch-speaking BDR to their London-based team.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers across the Benelux markets. Your role will be to generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline of opportunities for the sales team. You’ll receive best-in-class training, regular coaching, and a structured path towards promotion into an Account Executive role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the Benelux markets
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Work closely with Account Executives to support deal progression
  • Maintain accurate data in the CRM and contribute to team goals and targets
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements
  • Fluent / native in Dutch (spoken and written)
  • 1+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR or ADR
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, energetic approach
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working towards KPIs and sales targets
