Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary £35,000–£50,000, depending on experience
  • On‑target earnings (OTE) £70k–£100k, uncapped

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager you will play an integral part in the company’s expansion, working within a multicultural, energetic team to identify, develop and secure new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive sales plan and strategy
  • Identify and pursue customer prospects across verticals such as public sector, financial services, utilities, FMCG and manufacturing
  • Build a strong referral base and maintain regular networking activities
  • Contact prospective customers and close profitable business deals
Qualifications & Experience
  • Background in a digital or software organisation within an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced environment (preferred)
  • Experience with tenders / bid management desirable; tender preparation handled by National Bid Manager
  • Strong, credible reputation in the IT sales market
  • Demonstrated ability to target new markets and build contact bases in specified verticals
  • Strong sales track record and proven success in a similar role
