SALARY: £32,270 per annum / £40,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission) + Benefits

LOCATION: Preston, Lancashire (PR2) – 100% office based

Overview

Business Development Manager / Sales Executive / SDR who is a commercially minded professional who thrives on building meaningful business relationships, and delivering results is required for a Business Support Organisation based in Preston, Lancashire, North West England.

Duties
  • New Business Development & Sales: Identifying and developing new business opportunities across a range of sectors. This includes strategic prospecting, lead generation, and market analysis to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Leading consultative sales conversations with key decision-makers in large-scale businesses. This involves understanding complex client needs to propose and negotiate value-based solutions
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to securing the final deal. Focus on long-term relationship building and leveraging account management strategies to drive repeat business
Strategic Client & Account Management
  • Building and nurturing client relationships by understanding their business models, key challenges, and growth objectives. Provide expert guidance and solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to maximise the value proposition of the membership services. This ensures solutions are aligned with client needs and market trends
  • Forecasting and reporting on pipeline activity and performance. Utilise key metrics and data to inform business development strategy and drive continued growth
