Overview

We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to extend our reach in the Midlands territory. We design, develop, and manufacture advanced water purification solutions for laboratory, healthcare, and industrial applications worldwide. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and promote our water purification solutions to laboratory, healthcare, and industrial clients.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and business growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with clients across various sectors, offering standard products and bespoke water purification solutions.
  • Collaborate with design and proposals teams to meet client needs effectively.
  • Engage in product demonstrations, attend exhibitions, and provide market feedback to support innovation efforts.
  • Embrace our ethos of sustainability, working toward ecological transformation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by interpreting customer feedback and proactively suggesting product improvements or identifying gaps in the market.
  • Strong sales experience.
  • A valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel (company car provided).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in water purification, medical equipment, laboratory equipment, or industrial process equipment, or prior sales to hospitals and laboratories is considered highly transferable.
