Are you a structured, hunter-minded Business Development Manager who enjoys opening doors, building credibility and winning new business — while working as part of a high-performing, values-led team?

This is an opportunity to join a global, market-leading OEM supplying engineered solutions to some of the UK’s most recognisable Logistics / 3PL, Industrial and Construction organisations. The business is undergoing a significant transformation in the UK, investing in people who are proactive, organised and open to change.

The Opportunity

You’ll focus primarily on new business development, supported by a small number of existing strategic accounts, with a clear mandate to bring new customers on board and develop multi-site, blue-chip relationships.

Customers operate across complex, operationally critical environments where value, safety and reliability matter — making this a role for a salesperson who can sell solutions, not products.

The Role
  • Proactively identify, target and win new customers across the UK
  • Develop relationships with multi-location, blue-chip organisations
  • Lead structured discovery and qualification to uncover operational challenges
  • Sell engineered solutions on a value-based, consultative basis
  • Engage stakeholders from Operations, Logistics and HSE through to Director level
  • Work collaboratively with applications, engineering and service teams
  • Operate in a changing environment, contributing positively to a growing sales culture

Sales methodology training will be provided — what matters most is your mindset, structure and approach.
