The Role

As a Business Development Manager for TP-Link VIGI Solutions, you\'ll be responsible for growing their market share and revenue. This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a real impact. Your role will be split between two key areas:

Responsibilities
  • Account Development (50%): You\'ll manage and grow revenue within an existing portfolio of reseller partners, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell their products. You\'ll conduct regular calls and meetings to educate partners on new offerings, collaborating with their internal teams to drive demand and track growth.
  • New Business Acquisition (50%): You\'ll be on the front lines, identifying and approaching potential partners who currently work with competitors like Hikvision and Dahua. You\'ll position TP-Link VIGI as the superior alternative, building tailored propositions to convert their business and grow their competitive displacement pipeline.
Skills and Qualifications

They\'re looking for someone with proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within IT distribution or the security/surveillance industry. A strong understanding of channel sales and partner ecosystems is a must. You should be a self-motivated, target-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You\'ll need to be comfortable handling technical product information and managing multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
