Business Development Manager - Air & Sea Freight

Locations: UK

Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance/Company Car

Hours: Monday-Friday | Manage Your Own Diary

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to support the expansion of their Air and Sea Freight Forwarding operations across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven freight forwarding sales professional with the expertise, network, and motivation to deliver results in a dynamic, growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships within Air and Sea Freight.
  • Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities across target regions.
  • Visit clients and prospects to present tailored freight solutions and secure profitable accounts.
  • Promote and grow both Air and Ocean Freight services to maximise revenue opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in Sales/Business Development within Freight Forwarding (essential).
  • Previous experience working with a Freight Forwarder or Shipping Line.
  • Strong knowledge of both Air and Ocean Freight operations.
  • Operational experience in freight forwarding (desirable but not essential).
