With its footprint already established in numerous international markets, my client is continuing to build out its UK retail presence and is now looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to support this next phase of growth. This role will be central to enhancing retailer performance, maintaining commercial discipline, and ensuring consistent brand execution across the network. Key areas of responsibility include improving finance floorplan usage, leading structured performance evaluations, safeguarding brand standards, and strengthening the Used Car Programme.
The position requires close collaboration with retailers, financial partners, and internal teams to elevate profitability, operational quality, and network-wide performance.
