We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager who can spot opportunity, build powerful partnerships, and turn conversations into long‑term commercial success. If you're driven by growth, relationships, and making things happen, this is your chance to shape the future of FM with us.

This full‑time position is ideally suited to a candidate based in or around the M62 corridor, with regular travel across the North of England and Scotland.

Responsibilities
  • Target commercial and industrial businesses within designated sectors to deliver integrated FM solutions that meet client needs.
  • Build a strong pipeline of new opportunities, engaging key decision‑makers and securing local and regional FM contracts through a consultative and relationship‑driven sales approach.
  • Develop new client relationships and manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact through to contract award.
  • Work closely with internal operational teams to ensure proposals are aligned with service delivery capabilities and client expectations.
Job Requirements

Completion of a 6‑month Probationary Period is mandatory for all permanent job positions.

To drive a Phosters vehicle, you must be over the age of 21, have a minimum of six months driving experience, and hold a full UK driving license with no more than nine points.
