My Client is a leading commercial waste company and due to continued growth plus the HUGE amount of leads their high performing telesales team are generating - they are looking to recruit a new BDM to cover part of their Sheffield and surrounding areas territory.


Company Car & GENUINE potential to earn upwards of an extra £40k pa in commission!


Basic Starting Salary: £30,000 pa - hit your quarterly targets and this goes up £750 pa ongoing and uncapped plus your company car banding goes up also.


Responsibilities:
  1. This role is predominantly new business requiring door to door direct sales and up-selling to existing customers, with elements of account management following contracts that you sign.
  2. Door to door canvassing; business to business always presenting the company in a professional capacity, selling unique features and benefits of our services.
  3. Up sell waste and recycling solutions to existing customers.
  4. Completion of client site risk assessments and site audits.
  5. Handle all inbound enquiries assigned to you.
  6. Pre-qualify opportunities to ensure they meet 'business fit' and pass credit check.
  7. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
  8. Collation of accurate prospect information ensuring CRM is updated on a daily basis with the sales support team.
  9. Participation in regional networking events, showcasing the company's services to potential prospects.
  10. Completion of weekly KPI Sheet.
  11. Attendance and participation in fortnightly/monthly sales meetings.
  12. Booking appointments with target organisations key management personnel in order to present the companies proposition highlights features, advantages and benefits.
  13. Cross sell additional services including; shredding, hazardous, nationals etc.
  14. Diary Management and priority planning.
  15. Respond to helpdesk queries within 24 hours.
  16. Assist Administration and Service Team with implementation of new services.
  17. Any other duties as reasonably requested by your Line Manager.
