A leading training provider in Peterborough is seeking a Business Development Manager for B2B Event Bookings. You will engage with trade business owners, booking them onto training events. The ideal candidate has strong B2B telesales experience, excels in a KPI-driven environment, and is eager to achieve sales targets. Offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 with OTE potential of £75,000 - £100,000.

We are looking for ambitious and motivated Business Development Managers (BDMs) to join our Event Bookings Department. You will be speaking directly with trade business owners (plumbing, heating, electrical, building, construction etc.) who have enquired through our paid marketing channels (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram). These are hot, qualified B2B leads, and your job is to book them onto our £97 Discovery Day training events. This is a fast-paced, high-energy sales role where you will be targeted on booking five tickets per day. If you're competitive, resilient, and thrive in a KPI-driven environment, this role is for you.
