Our client, a leader in advanced condition monitoring technologies, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across the UK. This role offers a pathway to progress into an Area Manager position within the North East, assuming broader leadership and regional responsibilities as the business grows.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within industrial sectors
  • Deliver tailored technical solutions and consultative support to clients
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Lead client meetings and site visits, understanding engineering needs
  • Collaborate with internal technical and operational teams to close deals
  • Transition into an Area Manager role in the North East, managing client relationships and supporting regional growth
What We're Looking For
  • Proven success in technical B2B sales, ideally in engineering or industrial environments
  • Mechanical or electromechanical engineering background (qualification or hands-on experience essential)
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to present complex solutions clearly
