Salary : Basic circa £30,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped bonus of £7.5k –£10k on target (more if overachieving)
Location : Remote (UK only)
My client is a specialist provider of culture change and employee wellbeing solutions designed to help organisations unlock better workforce engagement and create healthier, more connected working environments. As demand for progressive people strategies continues to surge, my client is expanding its commercial team and is now seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive the acquisition of new accounts while nurturing long term partnerships.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven business development professional who thrives on hitting targets, building relationships and opening conversations that lead to meaningful organisational transformation. If you have a proven track record in sales and a passion for the world of employee experience, this role offers the chance to make a real impact while working with a supportive and forward thinking team.
As Business Development Manager you will take ownership of generating, managing and converting new business opportunities. A key focus will be expanding my client’s footprint across organisations that recognise the importance of employee wellbeing and culture change. You will proactively reach out to prospective clients, engage key stakeholders and develop a strong pipeline through a mix of inbound and outbound activity.
Your outreach will include LinkedIn prospecting, targeted email campaigns and telephone engagement. Working hand in hand with the marketing team, you will respond to qualified inbound leads and ensure that each opportunity is handled with professionalism and pace. You will be confident in articulating how my client’s services support workforce engagement and deliver measurable value. Once a client is onboarded you will remain their main point of contact, developing the account and identifying additional services that can boost their engagement strategy.
To succeed in this role you will be a proactive, energetic business development specialist who enjoys driving conversations and seeing them through to close. You will be confident, commercially aware and comfortable working within a target focused environment. Ideally you will come from a background selling culture change programmes, employee wellbeing solutions or employee assistance programmes, although candidates with experience selling HR related services will also be considered.
You will understand the challenges faced by HR and wellbeing stakeholders and be able to communicate how you can support them in building a happier, more engaged workforce. You will also be naturally curious, resilient and motivated by the opportunity to build something significant in a growing organisation.
My client offers a positive and people centered culture where ambition and collaboration go hand in hand. Alongside a competitive salary you will benefit from an uncapped bonus structure with achievable targets that reward both new business wins and ongoing account development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in a meaningful and expanding sector while helping organisations create healthier, more connected workplaces.
If you are excited by the prospect of shaping the future of organisational culture and driving commercial success, please submit your CV.
