In a nutshell Are you a seasoned and strategic business development professional ready to take the next step in your career? As our business development manager, you’ll lead high-impact growth initiatives and play a key role in shaping our business development strategy across a dynamic corporate market. Lead with influence: drive growth across the Bristol region. Strategic collaboration: partner with senior tax, audit and corporate finance leaders to unlock new markets and build high-value client relationships. Strengthen key accounts: take ownership of our most important client relationships, enhancing service delivery and deepening engagement. Shape the future: reporting directly to the chief marketing officer, you’ll be a senior member of our 17-strong BD / marketing team, contributing to a collaborative, innovative and high-performing environment.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to: Bring substantial experience in business development within professional services. Demonstrate outstanding communication, influencing and relationship-building skills. Be confident in engaging senior internal and external stakeholders across multiple disciplines. Excel at managing multiple priorities and performing under pressure. Be a collaborative leader who inspires and supports others. Hold a full driving licence and have access to your own transport.
