Working Pattern: Full Time

Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience with OTE bonus of up to 30% of salary

The Role

Are you an ambitious and driven individual with a knack for building relationships? We’re on the lookout for a Business Development Manager who can help us achieve exponential growth by converting at least £1m of new business revenue per annum. This is a true "hunter" role where you'll collaborate with our talented team to identify, qualify, and develop relationships with enterprise-level prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and convert high-value new business opportunities (target: £1m+ per annum)
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships within the marketing and procurement sectors
  • Develop innovative digital and traditional marketing strategies to engage prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and campaigns
  • Influence internal stakeholders to align resources for winning pitches
  • Help design and grow a high-performing sales function over the next five years
  • Provide accurate CRM-driven pipeline forecasts and performance reports

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 4-5 years\' industry-related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
