Overview

Gartner for Human Resources Leaders is hiring a Sales Executive to drive net-new business in the UK and Ireland. The role focuses on C‑level prospects within Large Enterprise organizations and partners with internal subject matter experts to address critical priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Large Enterprise C‑level stakeholders across UK and Ireland.
  • Own the full sales conversation and negotiation from prospect to close, transitioning new clients to the account management team.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline that meets or exceeds quota metrics, delivering approximately £500k per annum of new logo revenue.
  • Manage complex, high‑revenue sales across matrix and diverse business environments.
  • Forecast, account plan, and collaborate with the Sales Manager, Sales VP, and subject matter experts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Qualifications
  • 5‑10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within technology, SaaS, services or a consultative environment.
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets in a business development/new‑business environment.
  • Experience selling to and/or influencing C‑level executives.
  • Strong ability to manage and forecast a complex sale process.
  • Willingness to conduct EMEA‑wide travel.
