Overview

The RoleWe are looking for a driven, ambitious, and sales-hungry Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a role for someone who wants to smash targets, win new business, and earn serious commission by selling tech apprenticeship solutions to employers.No apprenticeship background? No problem.

What matters is your desire to succeed in sales, your ability to build strong relationships, and your hunger to close deals.You’ll be out there winning new business, growing accounts, and helping businesses future-proof their workforce by investing in tech apprenticeships.

What you’ll be doing
  • Prospecting and winning new clients across the tech sector
  • Building strong relationships and consulting with decision-makers to understand their needs
  • Designing tailored solutions that bring real value to businesses
  • Driving commercial conversations and negotiating deals
  • Managing your pipeline strategically to maximise revenue and commission
  • Growing long-term partnerships with clients to unlock ongoing opportunities
About you
  • You’re hungry for success and motivated by money, progression, and smashing targets
  • Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or business development (B2B experience is a plus)
  • A natural relationship builder who thrives on winning new business
  • Competitive, resilient, and driven by results
  • Confident in presenting, pitching, and closing deals
