About this Role

Were looking for a confident, people-focused Business Development Executive to help us grow our used vehicle and trailer sales across the UK. This is your chance to make a real impact in the asset rental industry, selling from one of the countrys most respected truck and trailer fleets.

  • Selling used trucks and trailers to new and existing customers (retail and trade)
  • Owning and managing your territory, driving revenue and margin growth
  • Building lasting relationships with customers, partners and internal teams
  • Spotting opportunities others might miss and act quickly to convert them
  • Staying informed on market activity, competitor pricing, and customer trends
About You

You're a self-starter who thrives on trust and responsibility, with a natural ability to connect, communicate and close. Youre proactive, persuasive and not afraid to pick up the phone or walk through the door.

  • An experienced negotiator with the ability to construct, deliver and close complex proposals to multiple stakeholders, both trade and retail
  • Strong organisational skills, you're comfortable planning your time and managing your own patch
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider national team
  • Great at building rapport with people at all levels
