Blue Legal are partnering with a leading law firm who are recruiting for two Business Development Executives to join their London office. Supporting two of their biggest practice areas, you will contribute to day-to-day activities, support senior team members on key projects, and collaborate with colleagues across the wider business development function. This role offers broad exposure to a wide range of business development and marketing disciplines.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of practice area and marketing plans, supporting fee earners with client, target, and intermediary activities.
  • Assist with pitches, credentials capture, legal directory submissions, and the review of marketing data and analytics.
  • Conduct market and competitor research and support client mapping exercises.
  • Coordinate internal communications, support marketing campaigns, and collaborate on seminars, events, and PR initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain practice area materials, support profile-raising activities, and help leverage thought leadership, including LinkedIn support.
  • Produce newsletters and client alerts, manage mailing lists, monitor engagement, and ensure all materials adhere to brand and house-style standards.
