A leading media organization is seeking a Business Coordinator to support team initiatives and manage freelance bookings. The ideal candidate has experience in business support, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in tools like Smartbook and Ariba. This role offers flexible working options and the chance to grow within the BBC's dynamic environment.
Salford may be required to meet with team members based there.
Proposed salary range: £30,000 - £40,000 pro rata depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

Job purpose: Are you passionate about supporting teams to get things done and experienced in business support? As a Business Coordinator you play a vital role in enabling Sounds teams to deliver content and projects to help grow our digital audio listening. You will book new freelancers, raise payments, help new starters and organise team initiatives. It’s a great fit for someone with strong experience in a range of business activities who enjoys responding to different ad hoc requests to enable the smooth running of the department.
