About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Business Coordinator to join our team at Wolverhampton Racecourse. Working closely with the Business Manager you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of events. This is a position covering bookings, customer service, administration and supporting live events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer enquiries and process bookings using Delphi.
  • Manage day-to-day events.
  • Support social media website updates and promotional activity.
  • Provide hands‑on support during events.
  • Liaise with clients and customers.
  • Represent Wolverhampton Racecourse and ARC professionally at all times.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong admin and customer service skills.
  • Computer literate (spreadsheets, formulas).
  • Experience in hospitality, sport, leisure or administration.
  • Someone who’s calm under pressure, strategic in thinking and customer‑obsessed.
  • Social media and call‑handling experience.
