Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to be our safeguarding expert and help shape treasury compliance standards. You'll partner with Risk, Treasury, Product, Finance, Legal, and other teams to drive regulatory implementation and build scalable compliance frameworks in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll be doing
  • Acting as the safeguarding subject-matter expert, advising Treasury, Product, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Interpreting safeguarding regulations and translating them into clear controls, processes, and product requirements
  • Supporting safeguarding audits, reconciliations, documentation, and ongoing assurance
  • Providing 2nd-line challenge on safeguarding frameworks, account structures, and regulatory submissions
  • Advising on regulatory obligations across EMIR, CRR, liquidity rules, SFTR, securitisation, and large exposures
  • Tracking and interpreting emerging treasury regulations and required changes
  • Supporting oversight of liquidity, capital, funding, interest-rate risk, and ALM activities
  • Strengthening documentation, controls, and processes to ensure audit-ready compliance
What you'll need
  • 6+ years of compliance experience in treasury, safeguarding, liquidity, financial risk management, or CASS within a bank, financial institution, or fintech
  • Demonstrated experience in interpreting, applying, or operationalising financial regulations for safeguarding or CASS
  • Experience designing or enhancing compliance programmes, frameworks, or reporting obligations
  • Technical knowledge of regulatory requirements for liquidity, capital adequacy, and large exposures, from identification to implementation
  • Solid problem-solving skills to translate complex regulations into actionable insights
  • The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple regulatory projects, and meet tight deadlines
  • To be comfortable in fast-paced, high-performance tech environments
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with treasury and safeguarding regulations, such as EMIR, CRR, SFTR, liquidity rules, safeguarding rules, CASS
  • Experience in a global or cross-border organisation
  • Prior exposure to product-led environments or cross-functional regulatory delivery
  • A track record of collaborating with 2nd-line stakeholders, auditors, or consultants
