Salary: £65,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance

Responsibilities
- Leading the mobilisation of new services, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is effectively tracked
- Driving quality improvements by delivering insightful reports on service outcomes
- Managing and mentoring teams to deliver exceptional care while meeting financial and operational goals
- Acting as Responsible Individual when required, ensuring services are fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders including Ofsted, social workers, and local authorities
- Championing our values and ensuring our vision and purpose are embedded in every aspect of service delivery
Requirements
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership and service development
- A compassionate and inspiring leader with experience in children’s residential care
- Deep knowledge of children’s social care regulations and frameworks
- A collaborative mindset, able to work across clinical, education, and outdoor teams
- A commitment to continuous improvement, learning, and professional development
- Valid Passport copy
