Overview

Location: Newton Aycliffe

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £65,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance

Closing Date: Wednesday 1 October 2025

Responsibilities
  • Leading the mobilisation of new services, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is effectively tracked
  • Driving quality improvements by delivering insightful reports on service outcomes
  • Managing and mentoring teams to deliver exceptional care while meeting financial and operational goals
  • Acting as Responsible Individual when required, ensuring services are fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders including Ofsted, social workers, and local authorities
  • Championing our values and ensuring our vision and purpose are embedded in every aspect of service delivery
Requirements
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to leadership and service development
  • A compassionate and inspiring leader with experience in children’s residential care
  • Deep knowledge of children’s social care regulations and frameworks
  • A collaborative mindset, able to work across clinical, education, and outdoor teams
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, learning, and professional development
  • Valid Passport copy
  • Enhanced DBS
