Our client is seeking a Business Change Consultant to join one of their critical accounts. This role ensures users are at the heart of change delivery-shaping strategies, overcoming resistance, and driving successful adoption. You'll work in a multidisciplinary team, bringing energy, structure, and excellent communication skills to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse organisational context, culture, and change impacts.
  • Build senior sponsorship and advocacy for change.
  • Develop and deliver change management plans (communications, stakeholder engagement, training, workforce transition).
  • Lead relationships with client change teams and manage change agent networks.
  • Identify risks and resistance, creating strategies to mitigate them.
  • Manage communication channels (forums, town halls, FAQs).
  • Track adoption, utilisation, and readiness; ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual support.
