Business Change and Communications Lead - Central Gov - £450 - £500 a day - Outside IR35 - London/Hybrid

We are looking for someone who can work at both project and programme level across a Digital Transformation Programme. This person will be instrumental in creating and supporting business change and communications through effective stakeholder management and engagement. They should be able to conduct change impact assessments to understand how frontline teams are impacted by the change and propose strategies to mitigate these impacts. Furthermore, they will be responsible for ensuring business readiness by identifying specific criteria that must be met to ensure the frontline is prepared to go live and determining how these criteria will be measured. It is crucial that Tech and the frontline teams are aligned.

We expect the Business Change Manager to be engaged when we are writing the project PID and developing plans to agree on these and other business change deliverables, such as the case for change, communications, learning/training (if applicable), etc.
