As a Business Assurance Associate (Consumer Duty), you will play a key role in delivering outcome-focused file audits across the business, ensuring adherence to Consumer Duty principles and regulatory requirements. Working closely with the Consumer Duty and Product Governance teams, you\'ll provide valuable insights and data to support continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
This role is central to promoting best practice, identifying areas of concern, and supporting resolution through collaboration with broking teams and senior stakeholders. You\'ll also contribute to reporting, incident tracking, and committee updates, helping to maintain high standards across the organisation.
