A leading investment manager is looking for a Business Analyst to join their change function and play a pivotal role in transformation across their Private Markets and Real Estate business lines. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile programmes that shape the way the business operates and delivers to its clients.
You’ll be embedded within the enterprise change team, working closely with senior stakeholders and technology partners to:
Capture, analyse, and document business requirements across private markets and real estate.
Support the design of new operating models covering people, process, data, and technology.
Lead workshops and workstreams to bring structure to complex initiatives.
Partner with external vendors and internal teams to test and implement solutions.
Provide clear analysis, recommendations, and documentation to support decision-making.
Play a key role in major initiatives such as new product launches, new market entry, and technology-driven transformation.
We’re looking for someone who can operate with confidence at senior levels and thrive in a fast-moving change environment:
Proven Business Analyst experience in financial services (asset management strongly preferred).
Background in private assets and/or real estate – understanding lifecycle events, operations, and product launches.
Strong grasp of change delivery and operating model design (BPMN or similar).
Excellent documentation, analysis, and process mapping skills.
Ability to work independently, own deliverables, and lead workshops / stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of governance, risk, and data requirements within large-scale change programmes.
